2. We search and locate the homes that fit your situation and requirements and send them to you for you. You let us know which ones you want to view and we call to confirm there are no applications on them, and that they are good fit for you.

3. We set appointments to view the homes with you and help you decide your top choice or choices.

4. We help guide you with the application process and follow up with the management company to a decision on your application.

The Orlando rental home market, more so than virtually any rental market in the US has experienced  a, “Perfect Storm,” of events that has placed you the potential renter at an extreme disadvantage, and the Landlord/management company in what we call…A Landlord’s Market.

Millennials are moving up from their first apartment to a nicer rental home or condo at record numbers.

Record numbers of people in the US have low credit scores due to the crash of 2008.

Many of the rental homes that would be available in most markets in the US are used as Vacation homes/hotels/motels in the Orlando market due to the attractions.

Some people are more afraid of home ownership due to the real estate crash of 2008, and would rather rent.

This, “Perfect Storm,” has created a huge gap between supply and demand. There are not enough homes to meet the demand. Not even close.

Pets-number and type of pet

Due to these new and unprecedented screening restrictions a huge percentage of you are now being rejected or told to apply even though the unscrupulous management companies know the landlord will turn you down.

Because we work on renters side and not the landlord, we also experienced a period where we simply told a potential renter that we couldn’t help them, knowing that we would spend 4-16 hours locating properties to show, presenting them, making appointments, and helping you through the applications process, only to have you get rejected.
